The legendary Beatle Paul McCartney will be performing at Van Andel arena on August 15th. The concert in Grand Rapids is the only Michigan stop for the McCartney tour.
The likes of a Paul McCartney typically choose huge stadiums for concerts, but at 11,000 seats, VanAndel will be an “intimate” performance by normal standards.
The McCartney tour started April 13th touring the U.S. before hitting European cities and May and June, then returning to the U.S. to completion. Those that have never been to a McCartney concert will not be disappointed. He typically performs for 3+ hours, covering the Beatles and his own music that spans the last 5o years.
